2. Mail in copies of registration forms of the purebred parents or DNA certificate of dog.

If you are unable to get copies of the parents registration papers from the breeder then you may order a DNA Breed Test to be done. Please see information on the DNA Verification Page. Also contact us for further information.

Yes. If you intend to register a litter of puppies this form must be filled out. The registration numbers assigned to your puppies are connected to your Breeder Number. To get a Breeder Number you must complete the Breeder Registration Form. There is one time $5 fee.
