This form should be filled out for every litter that is (was) born. This form is the basis for creating the pedigree. For every litter where the sire and/or dam was not previously used in a DDKC litter, this form must also include copies of the necessary documents of pure breed registration of the sire (father) and dam (mother), pedigree (preferred) or registration certificate from approved registries (please see "Registration Info". Please mail the documents to DDKC).

This form should be filled out shortly after a litter's birth, so the registration numbers and forms can be returned to you, to give to the new owners so they may register their puppies.

It is $15.50 per litter of 4 or more puppies. A discount is give to very small litters of 1 - 3 puppies. The registration fee for a small litter is $12.50.   Please pay on the Online Payment page.

You will recieve your Breeder Number after your first litter is registered. You must fill out the Breeder Registration form and payment along with your first litter registration.
